Our lodge dining experience is a natural evolution of our beloved outdoor kitchen—offering a warm, refined, and deeply cozy atmosphere overlooking the gentle flow of the mountain stream.
Surrounded by wood textures, soft lighting, and the calming presence of nature just beyond the windows, the Lodge creates the perfect setting for an intimate dinner, a meaningful gathering, or a quiet evening of indulgence.
The menu features Italian-inspired fusion cuisine, elevated with locally sourced ingredients and responsibly sourced game. Each dish is crafted with intention—balancing comfort and sophistication, rustic charm and culinary creativity.
Led by our community’s beloved Chef Tom Neville, the kitchen brings forward signature flavors, seasonal inspiration, and dishes made with heart. Paired with handcrafted cocktails and a full bar, every detail is designed to create a memorable dining experience.

The menu highlights fire-roasted pizzas, open-flame grill selections, and seasonal favorites, all prepared outdoors and infused with the energy of the surrounding forest. The sounds of the stream, the warmth of the fire, and the scent of fresh ingredients create an unforgettable sensory experience.
